was born and raised in Germany, she is CPR and First Aid certified, Fear Free and KPA certified and has been an animal lover since early childhood. She grew up on a homestead with dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, horses and other farm animals such as chickens and geese. She managed a full care horse boarding facility with 15-20 horses. She has been a hobby aquarist for most of her teen and adult life, and currently has two freshwater tanks.  Her passion for animals has stayed with her throughout adulthood. She continues to study dog behavior and nutrition. She is Karen Pryor certified. 

Dee has decades of experience in caring for and training dogs, from Rottweilers to Miniature Schnauzers, and horses, in this time she has raised puppies and has taken on rescues that no one wanted. She has owned, cared for and loved small animals such as guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters and birds.
All animals in her care are treated with respect and positive reinforcement. She continues to educate herself on proven scientific methods in dog training and nutrition. Dee can medicate dogs, cats, rabbits and other pocket pets. 

Her dog Aria, is a feisty, seven year old Miniature Schnauzer, otherwise known as The Queen!

Dee is an avid photographer and loves to turn her photographs into digital paintings. Besides walking with Aria every chance she gets, she also enjoys watching movies and making candles, pet safe of course.
